What the site collects
Clean Books Report is a static site served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request data, such as IP address, user agent and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how it handles that data. There are no accounts, no forms and no newsletter sign-up.
Analytics
The site uses Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people read, where they click and how far they scroll. Clarity sets two first-party cookies, _clck and _clsk, to group page views into one visit. For visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, Clarity runs without those cookies. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft privacy statement.
What the site does not run
No advertising network, tracking pixel or embedded third-party form. Fonts are self-hosted. Apart from Clarity, the site stores nothing in your browser.
If you write to hello@cleanbooksreport.com, the message and your address are kept long enough to reply. Mail to and from that address is stored and sent by our email provider. It is not shared or sold.
Your rights
Email hello@cleanbooksreport.com to ask what information is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
Changes
If anything here changes, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it. The current version is dated 18 October 2026.
